BUILDING – “SINDICATO LUZ Y FUERZA”

Project to carry out the construction of a building for the union Luz y Fuerza. It is located in the heart of downtown Rosario and has different levels. It has a basement, ground floor and first floor that will be used all for garage, a large multipurpose room (SUM) that will occupy the second and third floors and from the fourth to the ninth floor are the different offices that will work day by day . And finally on the roof there is a barbecue area for recreation activities. The total constructed area is 4500m2. The calculation of the totality of the different structural elements of the building was made, having to solve the large lights that exist in the amphitheater with slabs casetonada. In addition, the project was completed with the complete visualization of the exterior with the existing environment included.
